An adorable Edwardian necklace depicting a basket of flowers set with rose cut diamonds, seed pearls and red plique à jour enamel. The frame of the necklace and the chain are both platinum and the reverse of the flower basket is 15ct gold. This really is a very charming necklace in the ‘Giardinetti’ style, originally favoured by the Italians, meaning ‘little gardens’.

Hallmarks: No hallmarks but metals have been professionally tested.

Condition: Very good antique condition. There is a small mark on the right hand side of the hoop – possibly an earlier repair but it is barely visible.
